Shipping policy
Order Processing
Order processing times will vary depending on the products you have ordered. For in-stock items please allows 3-4 business days for processing. For all special order items, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. Our team will confirm our anticipated time of arrival within 48 hours of you placing your special order.Â
Store Pickup
Orders placed online, can be picked up Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.Â
Local Delivery
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option, Local delivery is available for addresses within the City of London, Ontario. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email and will be contacted to arrange delivery.Â
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and is in it's original condition and packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs and any restocking fees (if applicable). See our Refund Policy for full details.Â
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Sales@householdplumbing.ca with your order number and a photo of the damage. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.Â
