This place is the best. Their knowledge and expertise for helping the do-it-yourselfer is miles ahead of the big box stores. The staff at Household Plumbing has assisted me with several plumbing jobs over the years. I always get the correct parts and advice the first time.

Have been an HP customer for many years and I went in today to buy a replacement shower head. We plan on renovating our primary ensuite so I didn’t need anything fancy. Received excellent service and was offered a former display model for $20. It was metal and had a 2.5gpm flow rate (awesome). Works perfectly and will be a nice temporary solution.

We went through Hades with a shower tower kit from Bath Depot that required non-standard parts to connect to 1/2” copper. (1/2” pex would have made no difference). The folks at Household took the time to understand what we were facing and came up with both the connecting parts and liquid Teflon sealant that completely resolved our situation.
Their expertise is comprehensive and their pricing left us COMPLETELY satisfied. I cannot recommend Household Plumbing highly enough.

I am a repeat customer of Household Plumbing. In the store, Janet has provided me with helpful, informative and friendly service. Mike (plumber) has recently been out to our home and provided us with excellent service. I like the way they call us the evening before to confirm non emergency service calls. We'll continue to turn to Household Plumbing for our plumbing needs.

I had an absolutely great experience with them yesterday. Store support was awesome and the instore Plumber was awesome with help and support. Ended up having one of their Plumbers (Mike) come out to the house and he was fabulous. I highly recommend them.

Amazing company to deal with... Super friendly staff in store and technicians . Jaxon and Matt were fantastic and explained everything in detail what they did. I had a toilet replaced this week and my mom had a full bathroom renovation done in her condo a few years ago.

Went to the home depot & home hardware and couldn't get the help or information i needed, but at Household Plumbing I got the customer service that all the other places are missing right now and solved my problem saved me money all because of Household Plumbing. If you need anything for your plumbing make sure your first stop is Household Plumbing !!!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Went in there with nothing but an unbranded faucet cartridge and left with exactly what I needed. Even the set screw they recommend worked!. Super friendly and helpful. I never leave reviews, but this place impressed me. Thank you for all of your help! On the way out I also noticed they had very nice faucet sets at very good prices.
