Shipping is only available for select products inside Canada.

Delivery times will vary depending on stock availability. Once your order is placed and confirmed, we will contact you with an estimated time of arrive.

Household Plumbing accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Products can only be returned if they are unused, uninstalled and still in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a product is defective. To start the return process, please contact customer service at sales@householdplumbing.ca

Note: Most items on shop.householdplumbing.ca are special order items and are not usually stocked products, they are specially ordered for you from the manufacturer. In addition to return shipping costs, you'll be charged a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original cost.
